2. Cancellation and refund policy

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 calendar days of booking confirmation and payment, provided the programme has not started.

If the programme starts within those 14 days, or the student begins using any of the programme’s services, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Cancellation or refund requests outside the circumstances described above are reviewed in accordance with Young Learners’ policy and the circumstances of each case.

If Young Learners cancels the programme before it is delivered, all fees paid will be refunded.
